7 Healthy Habits for Mental health
1. Good Sleep Habits
Getting good sleep is a good start to a day or good ending for a day. Studies show that have a strict sleep schedule is essential to being happy. Unfortanly sleeping in and staying up late is not always a good thing for your schedule.
2. Giving yourself a Good Look
Showering and other personal hygiene habits are proven to make you happy. Dress the way you feel comfortable is another way to make you feel happier. Also it shows appretatation and self love towards yourself.
3.Routine
Having a routine is another way to make you happier. I personally find a need to do cetain things everyday rather then doing it randomly.
4. Eating Healthy
When you eat healthy you feel good inside and out. Eating healthy is another great way to show yourself self lobe.Of course you can cheat once in a while, but having a healthy meal almost daily is not only good for your physical health but not only mental health.
5.Talk about your Problems
When days are bad the beast you can do is talk about your feelings. Talking about it and getting it off your chest make you feel alot better.
6.Laughing Daily
Laughing is proven to expand your life span and just making you happier. Laughing releses adorphins wich make you feel better. So bring out you giggles
